Dear participating teams,

Hope you all are having fun with solving the two tasks in this track.
As we are approaching July 9, the last day of the Development Phase, we would like to bring to your attention several things.
##### 1. As part of the requirements for this track of KDD Cup, each team should submit before July 10 a writeup explaining your methods for the two tasks and their relationship (if any) to RL and related techniques in the broad sense.  We are not setting a requirement on the length of the writeup, but it should contain sufficient information to help one understand what you have done.  You can send your writeup directly to kddcup2020@didiglobal.com, with the email subject “KDD Cup 2020 LDR - [Your Team Name]”.
##### 2. Per the description on the competition website, the finalists will be the top 25 teams of either leaderboard at the end of July 9 (11:59pm UTC).  The code to be evaluated in the Final Phase environment is the **last submission** before 11:59pm UTC, July 9, 2020.  The two sets of scores generated by this submission in the Development Phase and the Final Phase will be combined to generate the final scores for the two tasks.  So, you should make sure that your last submission is your best solution.
